When the Honda CB 450 was introduced in 1966 it was considered the most technically advanced standard production four-stroke motorcycle in the world, with double overhead cams and torsion bar valve springs, producing 45 hp from 450 cc and thus 100 hp per litre, which was an extraordinary performance at the time. As many of Honda's well-engineered motorcycles, the CB 450 received only minor changes during its prediction run which ended in 1974.
The Classic Bike House CL 450 started life as a CB 450 and was fitted with the Honda scrambler conversion kit with front drum brake, larger front wheel and upswept exhaust and is as such identical to a CL 450. It is in very good overall condition with a lovely patina. It was imported from the USA to Denmark in 2014 and has been issued with a kilometer odometer, showing 59.000 kilometer. It is fully serviced on new tires and runs faultlessly.
