The Kawasaki Z650 was produced from 1976 to 1983. Designed by the same designer, Ben Inamura, who made the King of Motorcycles, the Kawasaki 900 Z1, and in most ways modelled over that bigger brother, many called it, yes, you guessed it, The Prince of Motorcycles. Being considerable lighter, it is not too far behind the Z1 on performance. The Z650 is one of the most popular Japanese motorcycles of all time, and one of the very best examples of the Universal Japanese Motorcycle.

The Classic Bike House 1977 example is in excellent condition, in what was the most popular colour of the time, emerald green metallic. Having spent the last several years in an extensive private collection, the odometer shows 46.000 kilometers, and for its age the motorcycle shows little sign of use. These motorcycles still being available at very good prices, we can hardly think of a better introduction to classic motorcycling.
